Sarah is a self‑taught acrylic painter living in North Texas. She pulls inspiration from the native plants, animals, and landscapes she sees every day, as well as the imagined worlds inspired by them. Her work leans into texture, detail, and movement, creating layers of marks and patterns that invite viewers to slow down, lean in, and discover intricate details that offer a moment of stillness in an increasingly loud and busy world.

Born and raised in Missouri, Sarah moved to Texas in the early 2000s, raising two formidable daughters while continuing to develop creatively - eventually spending 15 years creating her own sewn, laser-cut, and digital artwork before beginning her exploration of acrylics.
