Gainesville Area Visual Arts Scholarship 

We have $5000 again for this year's scholarships! 

Voting for the 2025 GAVA Scholarship will be at our April 17th GAVA Meeting.

The original art from our five amazing applicants will be on display at the meeting.

If you cannot attend the meeting please vote online. One vote per person. Only paid 2025 GAVA Members can vote. 

Voting opens April 1st and the deadline to vote is midnight April 19th, 2025

The GAVA Scholarship is open to a graduating senior (private, public and home-schooled) who is a resident of Cooke County. Applicants must plan to a minor or major in the visual arts. The GAVA Scholarship is paid directly to the college.
