Diana McGimpsey

​​​After exploring a variety of art through workshops and drawing classes, Diana decided to leave the antique business and to follow her passion for art through oil and watercolors. Diana finds joy in painting and wishes to create art in which others can find pleasure. With the support of her husband, her family, and friends, she intends to continue to broaden her skills and to keep learning as much as possible.

 

Diana appreciates the beauty found in nature, the lines and structure of architecture, and the depth of character and personality that can be found in both people and animals. In turn, Diana hopes to reflect that beauty in her art.

 

Diana signs her paintings with her maiden name as D.King, as a tribute to her mom and dad, Bernard George and Viola Sue King.
