Ceil became interested in art for the first time since childhood in 2001 when a neighbor who is a professional artist invited her to take an art class at Grayson College. She was hooked in that first class. She began doing collage art and is now experimenting with different medias, including acrylic and watercolor. She now wants to focus more attention on learning to draw. She said, "I have a real appreciation for the artists I've seen that can really draw, add vivid colors and create a masterpiece".
